The Great Debate Number One! The Batmobile Vs. The Mach 5
Just Four Wheels. PLUS....
"A long time ago when I was a little kid" there were two cars that every one dreamed of having and driving.
The Batmobile sleak black and dangerous and The Mach 5 white sleak and dangerous to drive against.
Each week The Great debate will bit characters, vehicles, sidekicks and more against each other. We also want your in put. And we want you to follow us so pretty soon look out for contests just for followers of us here and on tumblr.
So the opening debate ...pits The Mach 5 Vs. The Batmobile.
Stats
Drivers-Bat Man Vs. Speed Racer. Speed Racer is the least coolest man in his family. Pops Racer, Racer X and even Spridle are cooler then Speed. Speed is a cooler name than Bat Man. But Speed? The white pants, blue too tight shirt and the scarf? NOPE. While Batman could kill half the DC universe with the contents of his utility belt. Give Batman an hour and he could probably kill Darkseid, he would have long ago but have you seen Apokolips lately? ADVANTAGE BAT MAN!
Extras-Okay The Batmobile has the parachute and the cool fire coming out the back. The Mach 5 comes with super hydraulic lifts that make the car jump as a standard option. With Pops Racer under the hood, The Mach 5 adds more options every day. In short The Mach Five does more before lunch than the Batmobile does all day. ADVANTAGE MACH 5!
The Competition-The Batmobile's biggest competitors are The Jokermobile and The Spidermobile at Marvel or as I call them "lame and lamer." Every day we watched The Mach 5 our run The Gang Of Assassins and (my favorite) The Mammoth Car! ADVANTAGE MACH 5
Which Would I Drive Now?-As a kid no question The Mach 5 and I'd jump everywhere. Today the tough of pushing a car where you push the wrong button and someone else could crash just makes me wonder what the insurance would be on The Mach 5. "If you have a name your own price company? you could be paying for that yourself." However Driving a car where I can inspire fear in the hearts of cowards can definitely be some kind of male member metaphor thing. AVANTAGE BATMOBILE!
Best Looking Car! With either ride you should be able to pimp in any parking lot.

Fiction and Science: Villains of The Day-The Fembots
Built by a mad scientist to be superior to both Jamie Summers the Bionic Woman and Steve Austin The Six Million Dollar Man.
The upside is Jamie and Steve did not have to hold back because they were not alive.
If they did this show today instead of robot looking robots they would use crappy looking CGI.
I am a much bigger fan of fembots and even monsters in rubber suits than CGI.
When I have the time I will definitely post a fembots short story.

Villain Of The Day

I wanted to start this segment by writing about one of the many under rated female villains out there. In going through my mental rolodex I decided on a villain who was also under used. Hence I came up with Ma Parker from The Batman TV Series.
Now in all fairness, I could have picked the real Kate “Ma” Barker whom the character from Batman was based on. And I still might right about her later.
I went with Winters because I have enjoyed Winters in everything I have seen her in. I feel Winters was one of America’s most under rated actresses and looking at The Batman series Ma Parker was the craftiest.
I loved that she actually took over the prison and had the prisoners coming and going stealing and coming back to prison.
Infact I was so impressed with Parker that if I wrote for The DCU or any of their cartoons I would do a Ma Parker story. I think there is so much you could do with her to really get at mess with Bruce Wayne and Batman.
Trivia-Shelley Winters who portrayed Ma Parker in 1966 went on to play real life killer Kate “Ma” Barker in the 1970 movie Bloody Mama.

| I have yet to like ANYTHING Tim Burton has done. Should I be HORRIFIED that he is directing a film version of what was a great premise for a black and white soap opera? (But the show ended in color didn't it?) |

Street Fighter Vs. Tekken
Ever since PlayStation One I have wanted to play Street Fighter and Tekken together.
Over the years Street Fighter went 3D with less than perfect results.
Truth be told however...after Tekken 3 and a bunch of other Street Fighter games...this one may be one of those things.
You know? One of those things that would have been HOT in the 1990's but now...just seem like a great idea...a little past it's prime.
Still this game should sell. to die hard fans.
